The room was very clean. The Room service was great,they changed every day the sheets. Location was good. AC worked well. Receptionists were helpful.

Location is superb. Very close to bus route, including the free CAT Penang bus which goes in a loop where you can hop on and off at any stop. Close to numerous local restaurants and Youtube food places and outdoor markets, and 10 to 15 minute walk to large shopping malls and supermarkets. This is a budget hotel, and the hallways could use some vacuuming, but the private bathroom was great (good shower which rinses the bathroom at the same time), the bed was comfortable enough (mattress on the firmer side), and the AC worked great (takes maybe 10-15 minutes to cool down the room). The lower floors are probably cooler than the upper floors, I stayed on a lower floor.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff at the counter is helpful and for a small hotel, it has a machine to do self checkin and checkout. There were 4 hanger clip on the stand but we only have 3 wooden hanger. I ask the staff for an extra wooden hanger. But there isn't one available and the staff hand me a stack of plastic hangers instead. Location is good and close to free CAT bus. We don't know about that until the second day.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Automated check-in and check-out system. Water dispenser with hot and cold water provided. Room was clean and comfortable. Very central location, surrounded by food places and shops.

There were nice eateries nearby and it is about 15mins away from Komtar. It was nice to have private parking spots within hotel premise though limited (especially at night). Looking for parking spots in Penang downtown is horrendous, thus it was nice to be able to walk to nearby attractions. Room is clean, bed is comfy, water is hot and pressure is good. All basic needs were met.

We love the location of the hotel. It is within walking distance from the Kimberly Food Street and Penang Street Art area.

Parking provided, nice location, just a stone's throw away to restaurants and petrol station, walking distance to place of interest. Clean room and quiet surrounding.
